The April 2009 (2^nd) Flawless Jaguar Luxury Lace Wig Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, complete the entry form below.   To be eligible to win a Flawless Jaguar Luxury Remi lace wig, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the draw, at 11:59 pm on April 18, 2009.  Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of East West Beauty and Hair Group, LP and/or Jaguar Luxury.   East West Beauty and Hair Group, LP and/or Jaguar Luxury is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted. This is the second (2^nd) lace wig contest. If you have already registered in January or February of 2009, you are automatically registered for the second (2^nd) lace wig contest. The winner shall be contacted by email. Make sure you have entered your email and mobile phone number correctly. Contest results shall be communicated by email. CONTEST RULES:

1. The contest is open to Unites States, Canadian or European citizens as well as anyone currently subscribing to Hype Hair Magazine or Ultimate Weaves and Extensions, of age of majority. Identification may be required if requested.  Employees of Hype Hair Magazine, Ultimate Weaves and Extensions, East West Beauty and Hair Group L.P., its contest sponsor, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective affiliates and associates and such employees' immediate family members and persons with whom such employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
2. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
3. Decisions of Hype Hair Magazine and East West Beauty and Hair Group, L.P. are final - no substitutions will be available.
4. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph and for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture date storage) which Hype Hair Magazine and/or Ultimate Weaves and Extensions and/or East West Beauty and Hair Group, LP and/or Jaguar Luxury may deem appropriate.
5. In accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Hype Hair Magazine and/or Ultimate Weaves and Extensions and/or East West Beauty and Hair Group, LP and/or Jaguar Luxury may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
6. The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize must be 18 years of age by March 1, 2009.
7. Winners at the age of majority must sign a release form as prepared and accepted by East West Beauty and Hair Group, LP and/or Jaguar Luxury acknowledging their acceptance and understanding of the complete contest rules.
8. East West Beauty and Hair Group, LP and/or Jaguar Luxury retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
9. This contest is subject to all state, federal, provincial and municipal laws.
10. Approximate value of prizes vary.
11. Winner(s) will be notified by email.  Contest winner(s) are responsible for the cost of shipping prize from Philadelphia, PA, USA to their final destination.  Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated and must be accepted as awarded, cash equivalent substitution will not be available.
12.  One entry per person.
