RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY Please read carefully: Jaguar Luxury has had the pleasure of providing hair extensions and other beauty products to thousands of customers all over the world. 94% of our customers are completely satisfied with the products they receive from us. Even though 99.9% other beauty retailers accept absolutely no returns/exchanges on products, we have designed a return/exchange policy to meet or exceed the policies of most other beauty retailers. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES ONLY! Exchanges Jaguar Luxury® is committed to delivering quality products and providing outstanding customer service to our customers. All Jaguar Luxury remy hair extensions and lace wigs are designed to meet the highest level in construction and craftsmanship standards. The Jaguar Luxury remy hair extensions and lace wig are made from only the best 100% human Indian hairs available. All wigs are meticulously inspected prior to being shipped to you to insure that your wig meets these standards. for return/exchange authorization. Request must be made by fax or email within 3 business days of receipt of order for the authorized exchange of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not subject to refund or credit. Please note: Jaguar Luxury® will not exchange items that are opened and worn. All returned items must be in its new original condition, including all original tags, netting, bags, etc. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition. Please refer to the following guideline before requesting return/exchange authorization. For wigs, weaving hair, fusion hair, bulk hair, and hair closures, customers must exchange within 3 days of receipt of order. The returning goods must be shipped out within 3 business days of issuance of exchange authorization. All returning goods must be accompanied with the completed return/exchange authorization form. If customer returns product that does not meet the criteria of the guidelines set forth in this policy, merchandise will be returned to the customer at his own expense. Returns Exchanges will be accepted on items that were shipped incorrectly. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All clearance items are non-returnable. All sale of customized item (custom fitted lace wigs, custom wig caps, custom colored hair, etc.) are non- returnable. All sales of custom order items are final. Cancellations Custom made wigs are designed to fit your specific head measurements and as such we cannot cancel your order or issue a refund once construction of your wig has begun. Condition of returned merchandise The wig must be in the original condition as it was sent to you. If the wig has been altered in any way, then we cannot accept an exchange!
